I never went to the "Cellar Lounge but I knew about it quite well. It was in the basement of a hotel. Both were owned by a woman named Julia Cook, a legend in her own time. Actually, she was probably ahead of her time in an attempt to
make the waterfront people friendly. The bartender there was a follow who's last name was
Gibson. His claim to fame was he had gone to
school to learn how to be a bullfighter.
