Thanks for posting this. I missed it in the newspaper. Both Charles and I grew up in Park View and I had the pleasure of riding the Portsmouth Transit bus to and from school with him. Many a fine conversation was had both on the bus and whilst waiting for the bus after school (it didn't pick us up until about 3:50 having to perform another run first.) My sympathy goes out to his wife, children and other family members.
