I was wandering around the property yesterday afternoon, taking more pictures of what's left. Ran into one of the security guards from Maryview who was over there on his "smoking break". We struck up a conversation, and he said that the property has been sold to a developer in NC. Didn't have info on the plans for use, but both of us figure if a developer bought it, chances are he'll want to put high density housing there - to get the most money out of it.
