The comment was unnecessary. I always assumed he had done this because it is something common to the human experience. All (straight) men have such thoughts. And all others have analagous thoughts, regardless of their orientation.
I don't expect anyone (especially myself) to be perfect in any way. My faith teaches me there is only ONE who is. Mr. Kah-tuh claims to share that same faith. Therefore he should not feel it necessary to state the obvious.
Too many misunderstand the Christian edict about "not judging" others. That edict refers to judging someone's else "State of Grace", or Salvation, NOT to having a view about their conduct and speech.
Having such a view may be labelled by some as being sanctimonious and self-righteous and prideful. In fact, it is just having a point of view. Just as others have. Are others, then, if the one is guilty of the charge, not JUST as guilty?
To the extent that Mr. Kah-tuh stated the obvious, I continue to affirm that, in my view, his statement here up for discussion was as I originally described it.
