The new sports facility will probably outlast the school by many many years. The school building is now 36 years old (opening in 1973). Hopefully, it will last a lot longer than the 50-year disposal cycle that the City seems to have adopted for the old Norcom, the old Churchland, and the old Wilson buildings. Perhaps when the student population is dispersed enough to only have Norcom and Churchland feasibly open, then the Manor/Wilson building could become a combination community/activity/sports center for the city, say perhaps around the year 2025. Just a guess.
