An open letter to Gary M.
I don’t know whose idea it was to run you in the ground and off this web page, but I wish you’d reconsider your exit and start contributing to this board again. While I don’t agree with each and every one of your comments, your perspective is enlightening and probably shared by more of your fellow alumni than you can imagine. If nothing else, you bring out the venom in all of us and make us think! I, like you, left Portsmouth years ago but don’t feel the dislike for the place like you do. Everybody has to be somewhere and wherever you live there will be advantages and disadvantages. No one lives completely problem free
Also, your conspicuous absence leaves the airways open to a run of meaningless jib-jab… you get my drift! You've left the fox to guard the chicken coup.
