Parker, Parker; Parker! When are you going to stop blaming we whites for all the racial problems. As you well know, for the last 54 years, our government and some of us who cared have tried to bring about harmony and equality with the white man and the black man. Over 3 trillion tax payer dollars have been thrown at the problems; so we know the equality issue has been fully paid for and taken care of by us whites who were responsible for the enslavement of the blacks.
What needs to be solved now lies within the black people themselves. We whites can no longer solve THEIR problem. The blacks choose to live like they do. The drugs, the illegitiment children, the drive by shootings cannot be solved by the white man.
I am hopeful that the likes of black entertainer Bill Cosby; and college professor Walter Williams who have come forth and spoken out about how these problems must be corrected from within the black community will be heeded. Right now, the blacks only yell and cheer for the likes of Rev Wright, Louis Ferakand; Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. As whites, we can only hope that some day the blacks start to listen to Bill and Walter and respond to their pleas.
In the main time, we whites need to move on and take care of our own problems like foreclosed homes, over limit credit cards and inspiring our children to become engineers and scientists instead of on-line poker pros.
