The lure itself is actually called a "Believer." It's made by Drifter Tackle. I like the 8" size (straight model) in perch for trolling and the 6" jointed model for casting. All of the Musky catalog companies sell them. You probably can get them at Cabelas also (better price). Go to my catalog section and click on Cabelas, Rollie and Helen's or Smokey's Muskellunge shop. All of them carry Believers. I live in Maryland. I order all my lures, etc. thru these companies.
