I agree with Nick except for one thing: Tigers actually cannot stand the warmer water as well as the Natural Muskies. As noted, they are part Northern Pike. This trait causes them to go much deeper in summer to get away from the higher water temps. They do hang in the weeds early in the day and can be caught there. In my experience they do not hang in the weeds later in the day, but go to the cooler deeper water.
