Posted by MuskieKid Montgomery County: Little Seneca Lake, Tridelphia Lake and Rocky Gorge (Duckett) Reservoir. All lakes are electric only and are open from sunrise to sunset. Min. size 36". Season is open from March 1 to December (exact date depending on the particular lake). I fish Little Seneca the most. It is 505 acres with lots of trees, stumps, dropoffs & lots of hydrilla. I have taken fish up to 28 1/2 pounds from this lake. I personally have not fished the other two impounments, but hear of Tigers to 42" being taken. Both lakes also have stripers, Walleyes & Lg. &SM Bass. Daily permits are available. Small boats will work fine. Potomac River; Some real horses have been taken in the Williamsport area. A larger boat (prob. 14 ft. or bigger)with gas motor is what most people use. Very crowded during weekends. Carroll County: Near Baltimore, this lake has had Tigers to 45", 22 1/2 pounds caught. Not as many taken from this lake. Lake also has some large Stripers, Bass too.
