Al "the worm-maker" Offut was fishing with Roger Hudy in the upper Little Seneca lake areas and CPR'd a nice 39" Tiger in about a foot of water. Al was using a home-made 4" worm with 6lb. line. Al and Roger were targeting bait schools for Tigers that day.
