Forgot to mention that I"ve had some luck very early in the morning (sunrise) with topwater "Muskie-sized" plugs. I drop them out behind the boat, slowly moving the boat forward. I twitch the topwaters (large black one's with a propellor in the rear)every now and then. "Hold on!!!" Muskies will hit them - make sure you feel the fish on before you set the hook. In my experience, Tigers do not hit well after dark.
