Okay, to drop the currently selected weapon, hold L1 L2 R1 and R2 and then hit triangle once. So basicly, just hold all 4 top buttons down, and hit the triangle button. To drop extensions, hold all the top buttons down, and click the left analog stick in, to drop left arm parts. Hold all the top buttons, and press circle.
