You were interested to see the wording "Agent Orange" in my VA service connection approval letter and you never explained why, I am curious as to why you were looking for a specific distinction between the two descriptions in my approval letter from the VA. Why would my approval letter have a different meaning than others that have used the term "Agent Orange"?
Although the VA used the word "herbicides" in my approval letter and not the word "Agent Orange" they certainly have used the word "Agent Orange" in other VA service connection approval letters that I have seen. What would be the actual difference between the two descriptions? AO or Herbicides... Although there were seeming different mixtures/suppliers of AO during the war it's all the same thing isn't it? Thanks.
Great news Rich -- it should not take seven years and 3 appeals but you do show the power or persisting.
I am interested to see the wording "Agent Orange: - was that in the decision itself - those words?
Best wishes and thanks for reporting back to the group.
