Have you ordered your records from the St. Louis Archives? Your military file should have your entire military file..
However, you MUST send a cover letter with the SF180 and indicate that in accordance to the Freedom of Information ACT, I am requesting my entire service file..
to include , but not limited to, all and any documents related to my service in SEA , all of my APR's , my chronological list of services, my med records, any and all documents, all orders and any pay records that can be located as well...
You will need to be specific in the letter and add the ACT wording...
I would suggest FAXING... (314-801-9195) call the next day to see if they received it and get a tentative completion date... Usually 3 months maybe a bit less) The letter that you write along with the SF180 and anything else they need from you in order to process the request...
