The VA finally approved my claim for Ischemic Heard Disease (IHD) saying that it is fact service connected to my active duty service in the 1970s. However, I have not been able to get them to say that my IHD is presumed to be related to the herbicides used in Thailand. I applied for CRCS from the Air Force and was turned down because of the clause that says we must have worked on the perimeter of the base. The pictures that you sent show that the perimeter of the base was everywhere because to the rainy season. Do you have any aerial views that show the actual perimeter of the base? As you know, we all lived, dined and had our exercise facilities etc. etc..on the base perimeter. Do you know of anyone (who was not Security or Civil Engineering) that has been able to successfully claim the CRCS from the Air Force?
Thanks You
As soon as I can get my questions in the correct format, I will be calling.
Sincerely
Larry
