Phase Inspector Crew B-66 RTAFB Takhli 1966

I am looking for anyone who can help me understand and prove how my husband may have been exposed to herbicides and possibly agent orange. He was stationed at the RTAFB in Takhli July - Oct 1966. He was trained as a flight mechanic on the F-105 but he was put on the Phase Inspection Crew as a mechanic for the B-66. His rank was A1C. He died six weeks after he was diagnosed with Lung and Kidney cancer at the age of 66 in 2012. He isn't a liar so I believe him when he told me he was exposed and that herbicides were used all over the base. I will die defending him. At the time of his death, I did not understand the process and that I would have to prove what the government did to him so many years ago, or I would have asked a few more questions in those last few weeks. Anyone can see that herbicides were used for mosquito control and vegetation control at many more placed than just the perimeter. Operation Ranch Hand was flying out of Takhli in 1966 and agent orange was on the base. I have been told that buddy letters would help me prove his claim. Please help me. The proud wife of A1C William L. Krutz.
