My name is Jim Vance. My father was an ECM tech at Takhli in 67-68. His name was Ken Vance. He died back in 2008 from cancer and left his wife with hardly any income. She has been battling the VA over the Agent Orange issue since he passed away. We heard that they are reviewing cases now, so if I hear anything I will let you know and if you hear anything please let me know.
We have dad's photo albums from his time there and it would be cool to hear from anyone who might have known him. Thanks.
