My father, Joseph J Stefanik (Jude) was stationed at Takhli in late 67 through mid 68 with the 355th Munitions, Maintenance Squadron. I amy looking for anyone who knows or knew him. He and my mother (who is Thai) moved to Germany together in the summer of 68. She returned to Thailand later that same year and I was born in Thailand. He did try to send packages with baby things here, but my mother had found someone new and did not wish to be reminded of her previous life. She destroyed all photos, documents, etc. before leaving Thailand for America with her new husband. (I was raised by an Aunt here in Chiang Mai, Thailand) The only information I have is his name and the return address from one of the packages that my Aunt managed to save. I have looked on and off for years with no success. I would really treasure the opportunity to know anything about my father. If anyone can help me I would be very appreciative. Thank you.
