Jim, I'm not an expert but i have spent a lot of time researching this issue and reviewing cases. I may be able to help or at least make some suggestions. If yuo want to e-mail me directly at mikeg44@insightbb.com and give me a brief description of your situation, I would mbe happy to try to help. If not,no problem.I spent a year putting my case together and it drove me nuts. It seems the process is designed to discourage anyone from applying and throwing roadblocks in the way once they do.The biggest problem is TIME, slight irregularities in the paperwork starts the process all over again and vets grow old and die before their cases get decided.The key is to understand the system and pressure them at every opportunity.
