I am looking for A2/C Louis O'Bryan, 333 TFS, stationed at Takhli in May, 1967.
I'm a niece to David Griswold, who passed away several years ago. I recently found a photo and 2 letters, dated 1967, addressed to him from Senator Peter Dominick. Senator Dominick talks about meeting A2/C Louis O'Bryan, and reports on his health and good work as a soldier. The photo shows O’Bryan (wearing a 333 cap), the Senator, and a few other soldiers including Duran and Harrison, at Takhli. O'Bryan asked the Senator to pass along his love to his father, Dave.
My uncle did not have any birth children (to my knowledge), but his second wife, Wilma, did have a son. He was grown when Dave and Wilma married, and I never met him. Wilma passed away in 1965. I would like to pass along the photograph and letters to Airman O'Bryan, and pass along to him any other military and personal mementos that he'd like to have of Dave's. I also have a few of Wilma's personal papers. I would love to meet Louis O'Bryan and/or return these letters and photograph to him.
