Being hat this is a tack for sale board, I was hesitant about posting, but since no one has , Ill chirp in here.
Its never too young to expose a youngster to differnt things, you will have a better horse for it.How I taught my youngester to accept the clippers was I ran them while he was eating grain,every time.Consistancy is the key..When he stopped looking at the clippers, I then would run them over his body, until he accepted that, then slowly move on from there.The more you expose him to stuff now(light traffic, trucks,spooky stuff )the better off you will be.I used to take my guy for walks on the side of the road, so he would be used to traffic.He is so young, have fun and take your time.Good luck and stay safe.
