we are trying to build an arena with stables. i just became a foster parent and we would like it to be a place where disabled kids and really any kids would be able to come and enjoy riding and grooming the horses. my sister is going to be doing 4-h as soon as we get everything in order. i need to see what paper work i need to have and insurance. we also take in recue horses we have about 12 rescues and the rest we will have trained. thanks for your time please e-mail me at marymw119@yahoo.com thanks mary so anything would help. as in lumber,panels,bridles,saddles anything thanks
