They come at all hours of the day and night, loaded down with poles and tackle and bait. Some days, they reel in fish after fish. Other days, they cast and wait, cast and wait, cast and wait. But they keep coming, never deterred by one of fishing's biggest drawbacks: the one that got away. Meet Joe Dash. Dash, 29, was fishing off the Mayo Bridge on 14th Street in downtown Richmond one recent Sunday night. And his line received a "Something big," said Dash, a house painter by trade. Dash attempted to reel in the fish. He worked it for a few minutes. He even got the fish out of the water and has a witness to attest to the size of "Man," Dash said in exasperation and disgust.
