I spilled coffee in my tank one time, the caffiene did'nt help either.
I had always used salt and Better Bait until recently when I began using salt only. I read some interesting articles about the effectiveness of chemicals in the bait tank. Seems the biggest percentage of most bait saver chemicals is salt. My Grayline filters out most the blue and who knows what else when using Better Bait, so I wondered how effective it really was to continue using it. Since I started using salt only, and occaisionally a little "Foam Off" I can tell no difference other than being able to see the bait much better with no blue water.
