One day it's like spring and now it's back to the usual rain, wind and cooler temperatures. Fishermen in the Delaware Bay and River are probably faring as well as any place along the coast. Keep in mind that a week from now will be the last day it will be legal to keep stripers in the Delaware River and that during the months of April and May it will be necessary to use only straight line circle hooks when fishing bait here as well.
