Posted by StriperChaser on January 29, 2005, 5:54 am KIMBALL — A St. Cloud man was charged Friday with second-degree assault after he was accused of hitting a fishing partner with an auger during a dispute about where they should fish. The dispute happened Wednesday afternoon as Sigler and Olson were using the auger to cut holes on Beaver Lake. The two argued about where to put the holes.
