This is the same offer that the NSBA has made, or tried to make, with several other clubs in the area. The Clubs add $10 to their Annual membership dues and every member gets an annual subscription to the Striped Bass magazine ($24 value) each year that they renew with their club as a benefit of club membership. In other words, as a member of a Full Partner Club, they become Associate members in the NSBA. Then if the member decides to become a competition member of the NSBA, they get $10 off the price to upgrade membership to Competition.
