The regulation would allow anglers to keep stripers smaller than the lake's minimum length of 20 inches, up to the daily creel limit of four fish. The proposal, put forward by the Norman Fishery Alliance and the Striper Swipers fishing club, would spare anglers from having to release undersized fish from June 1-September 30
