Teens Will Have to Learn About Boating Safety Before They Can Pilot a Boat

There`s a new law in Tennessee for the operators of watercraft. It changes the rules so that teens 16 or younger will have to be certified with a boating safety course before they can legally operate a watercraft-- boat or jetski.
