LAKE GASTON — The importance of community feedback was stressed by Harold Carawan, president of the Roanoke River Basin Association, as he addressed the Lake Gaston Association Wednesday. Carawan emphasized the significance of the proposed increase in the Interbasin Water Transfer (IBT) by the Kerr Lake Regional Water System in Henderson and the need for every citizen, business and organization to express their concerns about the transfer before Friday’s deadline.
