I finally started a business out of my hobby. I am retired on permanent disability. This gives me the time do turn my hobby into a business.
My goal is to supply a well built, inexpensive, high quality, no bull, and no unneccesary bling bling parts rod that meets there needs and that they can depend on. I supply a Limited Lifetime Warranty with all my rods and depending on brand and model of blank can supply a lifetime warranty on the blank.
Dont get me wrong. I can add the bling if the customer wants it. If you want colored winding checks and multi colored wraps I will add them. It just makes your rod more expensive.
I use mainly Rainshadow blanks. Rainshadow builds a nice blank and with there higher model RX8+ supply a lifetime warranty. I use other blanks if the customer requests it.
Due to these economic times and the recent increase in sales tax. For the time being and for the foreseeable future I PAY THE SALES TAX!!!!!!!!!!! The heck with Arnold!
I charge
Parts - cost +10%
Labor - 100.00 for single color wraps. Multicolored wraps are more
Guide replacement - Parts +8.00/guide
Tip replacement - Parts and no labor

I do require a 50% deposit on rod orders.
Allow 1.5 - 2 week turnaround once you make your order. Most repairs can most of the time be a 24 hour turnaround. Tip replacements done on the spot.
