Fishing interests in the Delta like to blame the State and Federal Pumps for the decline of the Salmon fishery. They also like to ignore the problem of the Striped Bass feeding on the Salmon fry as verifeid by a recent study by Turlock ID.
When are the fishery groups going th get their head out of the muck.
