Get our the Stamp money returned or plant more fish! We must have an replacement program or raise the minimum size to 26", and close the season for the month of May or just on weekdays for two months. Current license holding professional guides would be exempt. They need their jobs. And while at it a build a few more dams for us farmers. P.S. use artificial baits only and a maximun annual take of stripers let's say ten fish, maybe eight, release the rest. If not eventually the fishing will be so bad the pressure will finally be off of the fishery. There you have it recovery in sight. Call Poindexter for more solutions. My therapist said I needed to vent. Boy, that really worked.
