March 30, 2009 -- The suit by the, "Coalition for a Sustainable Delta", in reality a group of west San Joaquin water districts, seeking to remove the striped bass as a California game fish, is still on the books. CSPA has filed as an intervener on behalf of the Northern California Council of the Federation of Fly Fishers and the California Striped Bass Association. The The United States District Court, Eastern District of California, has released an amended schedule with the finale, the trial date, set for February 17, 2010. The complete schedule is as follows. Of course, it too is subject to change.
