This is the same Corps of Engineers that layed the disaster of Huricane Katrina by dredging away
the the outlying islands and creating canals giving the hurican direct access to the city of
New Orleans, created a budding disaster in the
environs of the Missouri by creating dams that are causing silting problems and filling up the
great lakes on that river with silt.
