I am forwarding this e-mail to everyone on my e-mail list. I suggest you e-mail
Mr. Vogel and answer his questions about putting dams on Three Mile Slough and
the head of the False River at the San Joaquin.
Of note, I was at the Delta Protection Commission Meeting last night and Kathy
Kelly, Manager of DWR's Bay-Delta Division brought up the fact that they are
studying placing barriers on Connection Slough and the Old River too.
The freight train is fast approaching and everyone that values the Delta
ecosystem and enjoys unimpaired travel through our waterways better pay
attention.
