The entire fleet is now targeting stripers&halibut.Rochfish cloursures on most of the coast,no sakmon fishing,more cloursures on shore anglinig in the ocean and the rivers,abolone cloursures.How much more is there
to take away for our 40.00 lic.and 5.00 stamp.The water contractors and the gov.wanteradicate stripers so they can ship more water south.Our own org.doesn't want a slot[even though it would never happen]on stripers to save the big females.
