Welcome to California. The best advice that I can give you is two-fold.
1. Join the nearest CSBA Chapter. Our chapters have fishing seminars at regular meeings and you will meet local anglers that will help you. Your nearest chapters are West Delta or Isleton.
2. Hire a local six-pac guide boat and see how the pros catch fish.
