We need anglers at the SMUD Board meeting this Thursday, September 7, at 6 pm to speak in support of better flows for fish in the utility's Upper American River Project. Please forward this widely! If you can't come to the meeting, please send Chris Shutes, blancapaloma@msn.com, and/or myself, danielbacher@fishsniffer.com, a short letter in support of flows for fish so we can read it to the board members at the meeting.
