Posted by gary Adams Regarding the slot limit, we are in the process of putting together our arguments to the fishery commision. Our decision to oppose a slot limit came from all of our chapters after debates weighing both the pro's and cons. The decision did not come out of a vacume and has been carefully considered by all of our members that have taken the time to consider and vote. I am very proud of our organiztion. I have been watching the debate on slot limits intentley. Jackson's response to you comment about CSBA is more than warranted. In your response that you have always supported CSBA and their decisions is and hs been in the last two years have been wanting. The last time you carried a message to the Striped Bass Stamp Mtg. as our representative your quote was unless my memory fails me "this is CSBA's position on the is issue, but I don't agree with them". During the last year and a half we have had general conversations in my attempts to gain information and insights on our Striped Bass along with others in our chapters. Unfortunately many of our conversations have included many negative comments from you regarding CSBA, and now you have put them on our WEB. In my opinion, you have become a liability.
