COMMENTS: If you read the last sentence of the introduction, you have to come to the conclusion that they will pump more water. What else would "filling the unmwet need of water users South of the Delta" mean.
scoping meeting in Stockton on August 3. Ms. Sharon McHales is the project coordinator for the Bureau of Reclamation. She was unwilling or unable to answer question regarding additional water deliveries or what would constitute an emergency requiring more water diversions.
