Mr. Vick--I don't see what your problem is. This is the CSBA web site and it is there for the members to talk to other members and discuss things that we don't completely understand and some other member may be able to help. This is a way to communicate. I am sorry that you don't like what you see, but you are not even a member so the passing of the new by-laws should not concern you. We are a great association and we have a fun at our events and we do a lot to help kids.
