I would like Article VI: Chapters-Section 7 explained in more detail. Election of Chapter Directors and Officers by MAIL-IN BALLOT. Does this mean that the election of chapter pres. sec. tres etc to be by mail in ballot? Because there is not way I am mailing 75 ballots to members to vote. Members will not vote and send them back and most members don't RSVP for parties, picnic etc.
