Our commercial members are now stepping up to the plate, providing leadership through their personal knowledge of our fisheries gained over years of experience on how to address issues so that we can make a difference while at the same time promoting CSBA and all of our fisheries. This does not mean that we have forgot how to have fun as a organization. Again, thanks for your thoughts. Gary

Thanks! We have been working at exposing members to a number of issues that are important to all of us over the last few years. We now have several members that are supporting all of us. The congratulations go to all of our members that have taken the time to become involved as witnessed by their participation in public forums such as the SDIP, and Pombo hearings. Some have even taken a day off of work in order to participate. In talking amongst ourselves, we have found that our participation can and does make a difference.
