I've got to make one more observation on this. The starting date is Jan., 11. By that time, the American economy and the local economy should be doing better. So keep your eye on the business failures and business revenues. If they go up and revenues go down, no one will be able to use the excuse that times are getting worse, the smoking ban is irrelevant, these businesses would have had trouble asnyway.
