John: I do not know what the percentages are, but I can tell you that Madrid is a haven for fetishers like me. There are beautiful smoking Spanish women everywhere and when my fiance and I were there last year, you could still smoke in bars and restaurants. We are going to Italy for 10 days next month, and while on previous trips I remember Italy as a smoker's paradise, it is my understanding that there are bans in place now, so unfortunately, we will not be able to be drinking that delicious Italian wine and smoking at the same time, like we did in Spain.
