What a great picture!
Another great island for smoking, especially for women, is Nauru. I have seen it top the list for worldwide female smoking. It has a tiny population but the women who do live there smoke in huge numbers. The Cook Islands also rank very high. The Maori women of New Zealand have super high smoking rates as well. There is something about Polynisian(sp?) culture that produces sky high rates of women smokers.
