Well, Fantasy Fest 2009 is over, but not forgotten... Many, many sightings - too many to recall. All shapes & sizes of women, many of them smoking. Fantasy Fest is like Mardis Gras on steroids! Only it is safer, cleaner and more fun. The average costume consists of a drink-in-hand and body paint.
