What's sad is that I absolutely know my dad would be just as vocal in being an irritating anti-smoker, if my dad were to be in the shoes of your aunt instead. I won't get into some of the testy exchanges I've had with my dad on this topic, as I don't want to sidetrack this thread.
I completely agree with Paul's response, do what works best for you, even if you can't totally succeed and choose not to quit smoking, but do at a greatly reduced rate before your pregnancy. I'm amazed at how much you've cut down on your smoking, and completely foregoing pot during this time. Congrats to you!
